Return & Exchange Policy – I Bring Luck

Thank you for shopping with I Bring Luck. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
