Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, you can reach out to our support team.

Order Cancellation Policy – I Bring Luck

We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed or cancelled.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Pre-Order Policy 

Some of our items may be available for pre-order. This means the item is not currently in stock but can be reserved before it becomes available.

Pre-Order Processing Time
Pre-order items typically ship within 7–14 business days. The estimated shipping time will be listed on the product page.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your item.
